The Portland Flute Shop is owned and operated by me, Audrey Harrison. I moved to Portland Oregon early in 2009 and have operated a repair shop out of my home ever since. I have a bachelors degree in flute performance from the Hartt School, studying with John Wion and Greig Shearer. After completing my degree I became an apprentice flutemaker. I worked for Burkart-Phelan Inc as a key-maker and Brannen Brothers Flutemakers Inc as a finisher and repair technician. Currently, I repair local flutes out of my home in Southeast Portland, serving the greater Portland area’s wonderfully active flute community.
